The Christmas season is usually one surrounded by excitement! With festive decorations, community outreach, holiday gatherings and time with friends and family – it’s a time we’re all busy and excited.
As a local business in Marietta, Georgia, Jones & Swanson believes in being a part of our community by giving back anytime we can. The past couple of years have been difficult in many ways for many people. This holiday season we’ve had the opportunity to not only have fun with our usual festivities, but also give back to those in our local Cobb County community.
We hosted a Toy Drive here at Jones & Swanson on Whitlock Avenue. By reaching out to past and current clients and our social media followers, we were able to gather many items for children in need. All donations were dropped off to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta for kids aging from birth to teenagers.
We also had the opportunity to serve at the Women’s Extension. If you’re unfamiliar with this organization, they help men and women facing addiction take back control of their lives. We helped serve them Italian food and packed them stockings filled with goodies so they’d have a small gift for Christmas.
