As a personal injury law firm, we typically deal with people that are going through difficult and trying times, which can be somewhat disheartening. However, it is our goal at Jones & Swanson to attempt to bring relief and aid to these people who would not likely be able to sufficiently handle the issue on their own. It is our goal for our clients to be able to concentrate on getting better and recovering from injuries or loss by taking the legal strains on ourselves.
One method of aiding those who have experienced injuries and are unsure of where to turn is by providing complimentary videos about topics that may be of interest to them during this confusing time. We recently released new informative videos in our website’s Video Center.
A Few Of These Fresh Topics Include:
- Legal process involved in a tractor trailer accident Injury claim
- How photos, posts, and comments on social media platforms can negatively affect a legal claim
- Suggestions on the appropriate automobile insurance coverage needed by everyday citizens
- Dog attack injury claim process
- Description of a premises liability case
- Introduction of our Associate Attorney, M. Chase Swanson
In an effort to further educate potential clients and readers, we wanted to introduce Attorney Chase Swanson, an associate in our office. He began working at the Law Offices of Andrew W. Jones as a summer intern in 2010 and gained a full time Associate’s position upon successful completion of the Georgia Bar Exam. Chase handles a large number of injury claims, and with each client his goal is not only to gain a fair result for them, but to ensure that they truly understand the entire legal process.
Like the rest of the staff at Jones & Swanson, Chase takes pride in being able to treat each client individually. Because we choose not to represent thousands of clients, we are able to focus all of our attention on each individual’s case. Chase is particularly proud of this method of representation because it allows him to explain the particular situation to each individual client so that they understand the legal process, why we do what we do, and ultimately why we are able to resolve their case in the way that we do.
Chase is an active member of the Cobb County legal community and has been awarded a variety of honors in a relatively short time as an attorney. Most recently, he achieved a Top Contributor Award from AVVO, a reputable legal directory and information source. This achievement is due to his active participation on AVVO, answering questions from a variety of citizens who have questions about their potential personal injury claims. You may view Attorney Chase Swanson’s AVVO profile and submit inquiries to him at any time. He will provide you with top-notch legal advice. We are proud to have Attorney M. Chase Swanson on our staff and expect great things from him in the coming years.
If you believe that you may have a legal claim, you may also contact Chase or another member of our staff online at www.awjlaw.com or via telephone at (770) 427-5498.
