At first I was going to go to a TV lawyer because that’s what I knew but I was concerned about being attended to, getting in touch with my lawyers, and basically for my case to be taken seriously because I was really hurt. The excellent legal expertise and negotiating skills of Chase Swanson, aided by Andrew Jones, helped me receive a substantial settlement from a MVA. I was rear-ended by a tow truck and sustained back and neck injuries that required extensive physical therapy, drug therapy, and eventually cervical and lumbar surgeries. On May 8, 2010 I was in a serious auto accident. The person that hit me was ticketed for failure to stop for a red light and she admitted that she was distracted and not thinking about driving.
