In order to get a copy of the accident report, you must contact the police agency that responded to the crash. The Marietta Police Department allows you to purchase reports online, but you can request them in person or by mail. To request them in person, you must visit the Records Division between 8AM and 4:30PM, Monday through Friday. They will typically attempt to process your request immediately, but there is a three day grace period when necessary.
